On June 5, 2025, the foundation acceptance of buildings 36 # and 61 # in the fifth phase of the Emperor's View City project was successfully passed, marking a new stage in the construction of the main structure of the project. This acceptance work was jointly participated by representatives from the construction, supervision, design, survey, and construction units of Pizhou Quality Supervision Station.

Through meticulous physical quality inspection and technical data review, a comprehensive verification and evaluation were conducted on key aspects including measured data of bay dimensions, concrete pouring quality, layout of settlement observation points, and underground waterproofing effectiveness. After comprehensive review, the acceptance team unanimously believes that the construction quality of the foundation project is excellent, all technical indicators meet the design and specification requirements, and the technical data is complete, authentic, and effective, laying a solid and reliable foundation for the high-quality construction of the subsequent main structure. It is agreed to pass the acceptance.

The smooth passing of this basic acceptance is a manifestation of the sincere cooperation and overcoming difficulties of all project participants, and also a full recognition of the scientific management and refined construction in the early stage of the project. With the achievement of this critical milestone, the focus of project construction will shift comprehensively to the construction of the main structure and secondary structure.
