In order to comprehensively improve the safety management level of construction sites and strengthen the risk control of temporary electricity use, the Safety Supervision Department of Yongcheng Group organized a special lecture on "Technical Specifications for Temporary Electricity Use Safety on Construction Sites" on the afternoon of May 24th. Vice General Manager of the Group, Shi He, relevant personnel from the Engineering Management Department, Safety Supervision Management Department, and Technical Management Department, as well as technical and safety responsible persons from various projects, attended the meeting on site. Relevant personnel from the Tongchuan project also participated synchronously online.

This lecture specially invited renowned temporary electricity expert in the industry, Zong Zhaoguang, to be the keynote speaker. Teacher Zong focused on the latest "Technical Standards for Safety of Temporary Electricity Use in Construction Sites of Buildings and Municipal Engineering" (JGJ/T46-2024), and systematically explained the technical points of temporary electricity management through comparison of old and new regulations, typical case analysis, and other methods. The lecture covers 10 core modules including professional terminology analysis, distribution system design, and electrical engineering management, comprehensively enhancing the professional awareness of the trainees.

The lecture had a strong learning atmosphere, and the attendees carefully recorded the key points and actively asked questions about temporary electricity problems encountered in practical work. The teacher provided professional and detailed answers to various questions one by one. In his concluding speech, Mr. Shi emphasized that temporary electricity safety is a major risk source on construction sites. He requested that all projects take this lecture as an opportunity to immediately carry out the investigation and treatment of electricity safety hazards, strictly implement the safety production responsibility system, and continue to promote the standardization of safety management construction.

This lecture effectively solved the difficult problems in temporary electricity management on the front line of the project, significantly improved the professional competence of management personnel, and laid a solid foundation for the group to achieve the goal of "zero accidents" in safety production. In the future, the Safety Supervision Department will continue to hold such professional lectures to comprehensively enhance the overall safety management level of the group.
